I3C’s General Assembly, consisting of all the full members of I3C (rules for full membership elaborated in I3C’s Statute) elects the Executive Council of the International Council every two years at its General Assembly Meeting. The first General Assembly is planned for May 2010 when the first International Board of Directors will be elected. All members have the right to vote and set the major programmes, activities and strategies of the Council which are to be carried out by the Executive Council.
